Bob has devoted his career to the practice of real estate since graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University with a major in Real Estate. Bob is past president of the Central Ohio Chapter of the Community Associations Institute. (CAI), a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Columbus Commercial Industrial Investment Realtors ® (CCIIR), Columbus Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors .

 

In 1989 Bob founded Bowen & Company, Inc., and as President of his own company, Bob flourished and became one of the top leasing and brokerage agents in Columbus. Bob has been personally involved in leasing over two million square feet of both office and retail space.

Bob is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a member of the Columbus Realtors, and a graduate of the Realtors Institute.

Bob and his business partner Jim Case, share equally in the day-to-day operations of The Case Bowen Company. Bob’s primary focus is with the brokerage and leasing area of the company.

 

Bob enjoys golfing and fishing when he is away from the office. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandson, who are all a blessing to him.

 

Along with his real estate affiliations, Bob is member of the Central Ohio Community Associations Institute. CAI provides information and education to community associations and the professionals who support them. Their mission is to inspire professionalism, effective leadership and responsible citizenship.
