The newest addition to the Case Bowen Team, Jaime Willet, has 23 years of property management experience and condominium/homeowner association legal experience. Born and raised in Indianapolis, IN, she started her career in residential property management in 1999. In 2005 she was promoted within her company and relocated to Columbus, OH, for the new position. A few years later, Jaime’s career trajectory changed when she accepted a position in association management where she has worked to perfect her management style. Jaime has an excellent understanding of association law, having spent three years working as a paralegal in a law office specializing in condominium and homeowners association law. Jaime’s primary focus was specializing in all aspects of delinquency related matters including collection letters, liens, foreclosures matters and evictions.

Jaime is a member of the Columbus CAI. A graduate of Beech Grove High School, Beech Grove, IN. in 1996. An innovator at the time, Jaime was chosen to travel around the state introducing Microsoft 3.1 to other schools and their educators. After HS, Jaime went on to complete 2 years at IUPUI, Indianapolis and another year at Professional Careers Institute (PCI) focusing on IT and Computer Programming. Jaime is also a notary.
A better opportunity is not the only reason Jaime chose to relocate to Columbus, OH to advance her property management career. Upon relocating to Ohio she married her husband, Trae. They have been together for 17 years and have two children, a daughter, Charleigh (12) and a son, Carter (9). Jaime’s enjoys spending time with her kids, her two White West Highland Terriers, Samson and Winston, listening and singing to her favorite music, hanging out by the pool and camping with her family, helping people, and making people laugh.
