Gena started with The Case Bowen Company in December of 2015. She has 20+ years of Customer Service experience ranging from Distribution to IT Staffing to Automotive. Gena’s ability to learn quickly and manage multiple projects are a true asset to the team!

The purchase of TOPS software in 2012 has enabled our company to track more items, keeping information central & digitally located, while keeping all properties in a uniform manner. Gena is an integral part of this commitment, as she has become an expert with the TOPS software. She guides others in report set-ups, large mailing decisions in addition to training and problem solving to obtain the most out of the software.
