Lisa joined The Case Bowen Company in 2013. She has over 15 years of experience in property management. Lisa is a skilled leader and communicator, resulting in proven success in operational effectiveness, financial management, strategic planning and process improvement. She has overseen the fiscal health and operations of over 100 Associations and/or projects, including but not limited to business planning, budgeting, and Profit & Loss review at project completion or year end. Lisa has excellent relationship building skills between multiple levels and functional areas in an organization.
On the Horizon
Lisa oversees a portfolio of business, sharing her experience to assist the Board of Directors in annual and long term business planning, management and implementation, contracting, addressing resident concerns, and increasing the sense of community experienced by all residents in the neighborhoods that she manages.

Lisa is married and has three wonderful sons, two dogs, a 30lb tortoise, a cat, and a parrot. She is committed to service and advocacy through the Zonta Club of Columbus. Part of an International Organization found in 65 countries, their mission is to improve women’s legal right’s, health, education & economic status, end violence against women & enhance women’s self esteem.
Lisa is a member of the Central Ohio Community Associations Institute. CAI provides information and education to community associations and the professionals who support them. Their mission is to inspire professionalism, effective leadership and responsible citizenship.
