Jerri is an 11 year member of The Case Bowen Company team and has 12 years of property management experience. Her dedication and enthusiasm for the associations she manages and the residents she serves make her a valuable member of The Case Bowen team.

Jerri earned her CMCA, Certified Manager of Community Associations, and AMS, Association Management Specialist, designations through the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Jerri is interested in further developing her property management skills by seeking her PCAM, Professional Community Association Manager designation, through CAI and by obtaining her Real Estate license. Jerri is the current President-Elect of the Central Ohio Chapter of CAI (Community Associations Institute).

Solving Problems

As a Community Manager, Jerri guides Board Members and Associations in solving their problems and meeting the challenges in properly serving their residents. Her knowledge and experience in the field, with multiple communities, have made her a confident and skillful manager.

Some of Jerri’s favorite things are: Spending time with her husband & family, visiting her daughter in California and, of course, watching the Buckeyes win! She loves pets and has two rescue dogs, Sassy and Chloe, and a cat, Callie. Jerri is also the two-time defending Case Bowen Chili Cook-off Champ and proudly displays her trophies at the office.


Jerri is a member of the Central Ohio Community Associations Institute. CAI provides information and education to community associations and the professionals who support them. Their mission is to inspire professionalism, effective leadership and responsible citizenship.
