Denise Brown joined the Case Bowen Company in July of 2013. She has worked for over 10 years in the property management field. She also has a combined 15+ years of experience working as a licensed Realtor in the Central Ohio area and as a sales consultant for a major builder/developer.

Since 1998 Denise has had the opportunity to offer her service in managing apartment communities, condominiums and single-family homes. She has managed over 800 units located in the Columbus area.

Her knowledge and years of experience in the condominium industry, selling and managing, are backed with a desire to always offer a warm response of customer service. Her goal is to consistently exhibit a high level of trust along with integrity as to create a good and fair atmosphere in her day-to-day activities. Denise’s professional and cheerful attitude comes through when working with both homeowners and clients. Her desire is to ensure good communication with property vendors as well as contractors so to ensure that solutions are found and issues are successfully resolved.

Volunteering and Family is an Art

Denise is a daughter, sister, wife and mother. She enjoys spending as much time as she can with her family. Her passion is art. She is an artist with a desire to help women and children in difficult situations. She uses her gift to help raise finances and volunteers her time to work with the homeless and to help end human trafficking. She also travels to other countries to work in orphanages and supports leprosy camps in Central India.
