Buy Documents Online

The Case Bowen Company is happy to offer you a convenient way to pay for documents online. By clicking the link below you will come to a screen asking that you enter some information, there are four areas that REQUIRE information.

IMPORTANT
1. First and Last Name
2. Email address

3. In the “Account Number” field you need to enter the property name (i.e. XYZ Condos) for which you are requesting documents. Not putting a property name will delay your order.
4. On the 'Property List' Pull down menu, you will need to select which documents you will be purchasing.
(We apologize for any inconvenience these steps bring during this phase of the process but we are unable to change the software at this time to reflect the proper 'field' names.)

Once you have made these selections you will need to choose your method of payment (electronic check, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover), enter your payment information, agree to the terms and conditions, submit the payment and print the receipt.

Each payment will generate a receipt that will be sent electronically to your email account. Once we receive payment we will contact you to determine the best method of delivery of the documents you ordered. **PLEASE NOTE: If you are wanting a condominium certification or condominium checklist filled out, a legible copy of the form will need to be faxed to (614) 799-8338 or emailed to info@casebowen.com prior to submitting payment. On the fax, please indicate how you would like the information returned (email, fax or mail). Please note, Declarations and Bylaws cannot be faxed.

Cost of documents:
Condominium Certification/Checklist: $25.00
Declaration and Bylaws: $25.00
All documents: $50.00

When you select the 'I Agree' link below you will be redirected to the website portal that will handle the online payment. If you choose not to proceed with payment at any time or any other time BEFORE you submit payment, simply close your browser, your transaction can not be processed if you do not agree to the applicable fee or if you do not submit the payment.

We hope this service will be a convenient way for you to pay your document fee.
